All orders are currently Preorders, and expected to ship April-May 2024, we will keep all preorders updated via email on the status and expected ship date.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 5 pm CST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Local Pick Up available in Georgetown or San Antonio, Texas - We will notify you when you order is available for pickup via the email address specified at checkout.
Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am - 5pm CST. An email will be sent when your order is ready for local pickup.
Shipping within the United States
Kristopher Ray Creative, LLC. will ship to all 50 states, U.S. PO Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We currently do not ship internationally.
Domestic Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates are provided directly from USPS and we do not control the rates.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kristopher Ray Creative, LLC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Kristopher Ray Creative, LLC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact Us immediately and we will work to remedy the situation.
